Since 1871, the charity has provided refuge, care and new homes for millions of animals, helping more than 20,000 animals each year to enjoy a better quality of life.
RSPCA Victoria is a non-government community-based charity whose funding is predominantly (90%) from the local community that is focused on preventing cruelty to all animals by actively promoting their care and protection through:
Given the incredible bond and companionship that exists with animals, their welfare is far more than just a moral issue. This is all about protecting the vulnerable from harm.
“Thanks to support from the community, donors and corporate partners, RSPCA Victoria is able to continue caring for and protecting animals from cruelty – 20,000 of them each year alone. I cannot tell you just how important the role of corporate groups is in making this possible.”
Dr Liz Walker, CEO, RSPCA Victoria
“My colleagues and I are all thankful for the privilege of protecting and rescuing defenceless animals and are so grateful for the support of corporates to enable us to do our jobs to care for all creatures great and small.”
Steve, RSPCA Victoria Inspector
“This is a unique opportunity for you to be part of something special and experience the joy and wonder that comes from seeing the rescue, care and rehoming of animals. This will not only have a profound impact on each and every person in your team, but will help bring your team together.”

They will explore the different roles within a team and the importance that each team member has in reaching the end goal. They will be challenged to look at new ideas and how they can use those to improve the world around them.
You'll learn all about the ways the charity serves and protects the welfare of all animals, an insight which is highly valued by the charity. You’ll also brainstorm ways to support animals in need and discover ways how you can help the charity in their work.
Plus, you’ll get to know your colleagues and have fun whilst increasing your social impact!
In addition to the education and contribution to the charity via the team building exercises, as well as providing direct help to the animals in their care, we are proud to make a financial contribution too. The charity will receive 50% of the net profits from each session (a minimum of $500 plus GST).
If you're looking to expand your team’s perspective, challenge your own world view and learn more about this incredible home-grown charity, this is the team challenge for you. Your team will participate in an engaging session filled with fun activities and will leave with a fresh outlook on the issues facing our society and the safety and welfare of all animals.
