Corporate teams across the country are taking up the challenge…
What can be done to support those living with a disability to create a life they are passionate about?
Hosted by professional facilitators, the CPL - Choice, Passion, Life Champions Challenge includes interactive fast-paced simulation exercises and thought-provoking discussions that promote teamwork, increased empathy and more open minds.
The exercises also provide an insider’s perspective of the challenges people with disability face across Queensland and Northern New South Wales. The results?
For over 70 years CPL has been helping people grow beyond expectations, seize new opportunities and do amazing things with their lives. “We are thrilled to be able to offer this exciting program to the corporate community, helping them bring their teams together to foster greater connection, meaning and purpose.”
Patricia Gold, Fundraising Relationship Manager, Donor Care, CPL – Choice, Passion, Life
2 hours online or 3 hours face-to-face group sessions with interactive activities and team challenges.
Participants will have the opportunity to self-reflect, draw parallels to their team and work environments and consider how their own actions impact others. They will explore the different roles within a team and the importance that each team member has in reaching the end goal. They will be challenged to look at new ideas and how they can use those to improve the world around them.
You'll discover ways CPL serves the community and supports people with a disability to have choice and control their lives, whilst learning to challenge assumptions, discover new ways to bring out the best in others and champion social change.
You'll also get to know your colleagues and have fun whilst increasing your social impact!
In addition to the education and contribution to the charity via the team building exercises, we are proud to make a financial contribution too. The charity will receive 50% of the net profits from each session (a minimum of $500 plus GST).
If you're looking to expand your teams perspective, challenge your own world view and learn more about one of Australia’s most forward thinking charities, this is the team challenge for you. Your team will participate in an engaging session filled with fun activities and will leave with a fresh outlook on the issues facing society.
