WCS ‘Allies in Action’ is an exciting hybrid between team building and corporate volunteering, built to mobilise your people for good.

What’s the session’s main focus?

Supporting women and children at risk of homelessness, domestic and family violence.

How is it delivered?

1. Either in-person and hybrid over 3 hours – at your office, or any venue of your choosing such as a conference venue or a hotel.

2. Or online over 2 hours – whether people are spread geographically over the region, or simply working from home.

How will my team benefit?

Your colleagues will get a unique insight into this amazing charity and the opportunity to self-reflect and draw parallels from how WCS operates with their own team and work environments by: exploring the world of homelessness, domestic and family violence; the knock-on effects and the challenge of rebuilding self-esteem and achieving control and fulfilment of your life; appreciating the power of collaborative problem solving; and using these insights to brainstorm practical ways to work better as a team.

How will WCS benefit?

As we’re in partnership with WCS, they receive 50% of the net profit from each of their sessions, which translates to at least $500 plus GST for every event. So, in addition to creating Shelter ‘Just for You’ packs for homeless women and their children in the session, your people are also making a financial difference to WCS, helping them support women and children in their shelter network across NSW.

GET IN TOUCH AND TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND INSPIRE YOUR PEOPLE FOR GOOD.
