1. Either in-person and hybrid over 3 hours – at your office, or any venue of your choosing such as a conference venue or a hotel. 2. Or online over 2 hours – whether your team is spread over the country, region or simply working from home.How will my team benefit?
Your colleagues will get a unique insight into this amazing charity and the opportunity to self-reflect and draw parallels from how Raise operates with their own team and work environments by: exploring the world of youth today, the challenges that young Australians face and how many are struggling; learning the value and impact of mentoring; and using these insights to identify practical ways to work better as a team.How will Raise benefit?
As we’re in partnership with Raise, they receive 50% of the net profit from each of their sessions, which translates to at least $500 plus GST for every session. So, in addition to creating ‘Jitters’ kits for at-risk high school students and their mentors in the session, your people are also making a financial difference to Raise, helping them support young Australians doing it tough.
