I truly enjoyed the Starlight-themed team building activity. It was a team-building experience with a purpose, thoughtfully designed and exceptionally well executed.What made it especially meaningful was the opportunity to contribute to bringing happiness to children who are going through difficult times. Combining team building with such a noble cause was both inspiring and rewarding.The event offered everything you could hope for: a chance to bond with colleagues, learn fun and interesting facts about one another, gain some deeper life lessons, and ultimately come together to build something with our own hands. It was a complete package that was engaging, impactful, and memorable.I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a team-building activity that goes beyond the usual and creates a genuine sense of purpose and connection.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a Starlight Foundation team event at the REA Head Office, and it was such a rewarding experience.A huge thank you to Trudi, who was an incredible facilitator. Her energy, authenticity and passion for the work Starlight does made the session engaging from start to finish. She created an environment where everyone felt comfortable getting involved and reminded us of the real difference the Foundation makes to seriously ill children and their families.The event itself was exceptional. It was the perfect blend of purpose, collaboration and fun, giving colleagues the opportunity to step away from their day-to-day roles, connect with one another and strengthen relationships in a meaningful way. It's rare to find a team event that is both genuinely enjoyable and leaves you feeling inspired.Thank you to the Starlight Foundation for the incredible work you do, and to REA for supporting opportunities like this. I'd highly recommend this experience to any organisation looking to bring teams together while making a positive impact in the community.

Richard hosted our Microsoft Tech Data team for the Farm Angels ‘Farmhands’ session in Sydney and absolutely nailed it. Fun, well-paced, and genuinely meaningful — we left having packed real hampers for Aussie farmers and feeling more connected as a team. Team building that actually has a purpose. Highly recommend.

Team Building with Purpose delivered an incredible experience for our team. Partnering with the Starlight Children’s Foundation, the workshop perfectly blended collaboration, connection, and meaningful impact.We loved learning about the work Starlight does and contributing by creating “sparkler packs” to bring joy to sick kids. It’s rare to find a team building activity that is both engaging and purpose driven. This was truly special and something we’ll all remember.
