The demand for hybrid team building events is on the rise as it can be difficult to get all your people into one room at the same time with remote working and multi-regional or country teams.

We know this all too well and have run many hybrid team building sessions, for companies like HSBC and Accenture, where the main group is in-person, with some of their team members joining from elsewhere in the country, New Zealand, or Asia Pacific. There is an art in running such events and we have refined the way we do this over many sessions in the last two years.

Our sessions are designed to inspire your staff, bring them closer together, and mobilise them. Besides being highly interactive and great fun, because they will learn about a charity in the process and participate in activities designed to get to know their colleagues better and help the charity, they will leave the session feeling refreshed, invigorated, and with a greater sense of purpose and meaning whether they are attending online or in-person.

And if you are looking for a way to give back this Christmas, many of our sessions involve a group volunteering activity that will enable your team, whether they are in-person or online, to put together something special (e.g. a hamper) for those in need.

So if you’re looking to get your team together before the end of this year for some pre-Christmas cheer, come and talk to us so we can help you give your people something to remember over the December-January holidays.

The facilitators did an amazing job in connecting with both in-person and virtual participants.
